Initiate Your Request

Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the total quantity of full boxes you wish to return.

Receive Authorization

Once approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide the specific warehouse address for your shipment.

Secure Packaging

Carefully pack your tiles onto a pallet or in secure cartons to prevent breakage during transit, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior.

Inspection and Refund

After our warehouse team inspects the tiles for damage, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees.
